Focus on an upcoming birthday; the goals you are setting for yourself, focus on an un-birthday; celebrating the everyday, focus on your feelings of a birthday past, a time when your children were younger and life inevitably simpler.. Just journal, pour your heart out on your page. It's cleansing :)
