Hi everyone, hybrid dream girl Michelle with this month’s hybrid challenge. Did everyone have fun at the party? I know I did, but the party never finished at Little Dreamer does it? The challenge this month is a piece of cake ;) Let’s transform those cheap notepads layering around into some serious eye candy! Here is the Step by Step:

For this challenge, I want to focus one of my very first digital layouts. Now, before I show you, you have to promise not to laugh.. Pinky Swear?

Hey, You promised!

Yeah, so you won't find this layout in my gallery, but it was the second digital layout I ever created. Yes, I have come a long way. Really, we all have! The amount and quality of digital product that we now have available to us is really astounding. The digital community as a whole has evolved into this ubber-talented group of woman (and men!)  and I am so proud of us!

So for my challenge, I want you to take on of your very first digital layouts, or perhaps a layout that you just don't LOVE. And re-scrap it. Use the same pictures, but let your current style and skill show through :)

And we want to see BOTH layouts! So link us up in the gallery to your original.

Friday's Challenge!

A big hello from the three Apprentices: Tiff, Julia and Lisa S! As our first official blog post, we are just excited and honored to be here at Little Dreamer Designs! There isn't a more talented group of gals and more welcoming online community. We can't wait to share our ideas and designs with you!

So are y'all ready to think outside the box? Julia created a perfect challenge for you!

Here's our challenge to you: Get creative! Gather all of your favorite papers, think of something that makes you happy, and design a collage canvas! You don't have to print anything for this challenge; simply create a work of art using only papers and text. Think of bright colors, create any shapes from papers you love, the sky is the limit!

Thursday's Challenge - Printed Projects

I spent the evening working in the office and doing projects with the boys and watched as they flipped through albums of layouts and photos - asking is this me? is this me? It's important that they see how they've grown and where they've been and it was a reminder to me.

...so my challenge to you is to print it - a decorated photo, a layout - create a hybrid project...then show us your printed project in the birthday gallery.

I've created a hybrid layout and added it to my bulletin board above my desk using the Hullabaloo Kit freebie by me and today's $1 Photo Textures and Michelle's Distressed Font.

Paper Product: Bazzill Paper, Prima Flowers, Heidi Swapp Journal Circles, Paint, Button, Pin, and Stitching.

Blog Challenge: Focus on Photos - Flowers

Hi there everyone. Happy Tuesday. Today I'm here to tell you about our newest "Focus on Photos' challenge and this month we focus on flowers. Perfect timing since the flowers are finally blooming in my part of the world.

I just love flower pictures. They always seem so "happy" to me because they're so full of color, vibrant and alive. It's just amazing to see tulips starting to poke out of the ground, grow and bloom into these gorgeous, lush colors. So start going through those flower photos i.e. rose gardens, wedding flowers, etc. and show us your luscious layouts that you make with those pictures.
